68 3-4-2) Main circuit Megger test After Power frequency test In Low voltage Panel      according IEC61439-1/IEC 60947 standard with 1 kVDC in duration 1 minute,5M        ohme/In Medium voltage panel with 5 KV DC in duration 1 minute , shall be bigger than 10 M ohm  
Note For  the Dielectric tests  shall be all main CB rack in and closed and all PT and Surge arrester disconnected and all current circuit out put of secondary CT shall be closed
